The Newsletter is now working! I still need to make content for it but you can already subscibe to it using the form.

I also changed the 404 Not found page.

I connected the domain to this site so its no longer a neocities subdomain.
I also updated the privacy policy. For context I don't collect any data yet, this is just because I plan to add a newsletter soon.

Added decoration images to contact and the newsletter page.
